Overview
About Me
I am an English, Italian and Spanish speaker with excellent academic and creative writing skills in these languages (e.g. fiction, feature, blogs). I have achieved my diploma in political and economic science in Italy; BA in Third World Studies/Latin American Studies (History, Literature, Culture, Environment, Political Sciences and Languages) in England with a full one year field project and thesis in Cuba; my master of arts in Alternative Health Medicine in Canada was an interdisciplinary research in fields such as Transpersonal Psychology, Yoga Science, Creative and Expressive Therapies (e.g. DMT, ExAT, MT) and Eastern Religion writing my thesis in the subtle body system of the chakras and kundalini in healing and transformation.
By profession I am a Yoga Teacher/Therapist and a psychotherapist in ExAT. I have worked with various vulnerable and non vulnerable populations including addiction, seniors, adults and youth and taught workshops in Yoga and ExAT internationally.
I have travelled and lived extensively in Europe, Latin America, North America, South East Asia and India. While in these countries I have taught yoga, facilitate yoga and EAT workshops, volunteered for various non for profit organizations and published features and photos in various traveling and cultural magazines (amongst others activities)
Presently I am running a guesthouse in Gozo with my partner Sunitha.
At the personal level I enjoy outdoors activities such as cycling, hiking and camping; traveling; creative writing; creative and expressive performance; sharing authentically about life with people of varied background; international cuisine and cooking pastas and perfecting the art of meditation or as the italian say: Dolce far Niente.
