Hello, I'm the founder of Hospitality Club (http://www.hospitalityclub.org) - the original hospitality exchange ("couchsurfing") website. Now 700,000 members, started in 2000 (4 years before CS). You are welcome there and to visit me!

Same idea as this site, but started 4 years before (in 2000), 100,000s of members, not as US/Anglo-centric as CS. We all work together in a large team of volunteers.
