About Me

Hi there! I'm a Montreal-based writer and editor who develops internal documentation for tech companies. Before moving into tech, I worked as a journalist, interviewing local and international artists for a popular local indie print and web media outlet. I'm also a trained fashion designer with a home sewing studio, doing repair and alteration work in my spare time.

I'm a social, easygoing and outdoorsy person, so you can often find me rounding up friends to join me for outdoor activities like bike rides, ice skating, or playing ping pong in the park. I'm always up for going out to see live music or an art exhibition, have a meal or drinks with friends, or cook flavourful and healthy food at home. I love to travel and am grateful that living in Montreal means you get to meet people from all over the world.

I care about other people and the environment so I try to buy less, mend and repair, and to spend my money at places that support the people in their communities, don't exploit others, and leave a small environmental footprint. I believe everyone should be supported to live their life in the way that suits themselves best, as long as they're not harming others.

Mostly I just want to enjoy life and take in as much as possible!
