Hi! I'm a 33-year old registered nurse from Finland. I live in Turku and I have two children, a 4 year old boy and a baby. I love travelling and I still travel with my kids. We recently travelled for 6 months overlanding South America from Brazil to Colombia. My son was 2 at the time. So definitely travelling doesn't have to stop when you get kids! 😉

My favorite place so far has been the rural parts of Africa. Africa changed my worldview and the values of my life. It really makes me think how come the resources of the world don't divide equally between everyone. I think everyone deserves to have the same qualitative lives.

I love spending time with people and learning about new cultures. I think the best way to see a country and learn about it is to stay with the locals.
