About Me

ABOUT ME Hi, my name is Vencia. I'm a retailer in Chocolate shop in Belgium.I love music, movie, food and travel.I'm an open mind person. I try everything while I'm traveling, especial the food. I think food is the most easy way to get to know the country. I would like to know lots lots about culture and history. I think the old saying is right, while in Rome, do as the Romans do. For me this is the rule to travel. Be fearless for everything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like couchsurfing. It's a very easy way to meet people. You can get to know a country by locals, not just from any kind of travel book. And when you live in a person's house. You can meet a person more deeper by spending time to chat or do some activities. For me it's a very important part for socializing .

Interests

I'm intersting with baking and cooking. I'm still learning and I welcome any kind of news.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading, listening music, and also watching movies. If a person recommend me any music, books or movies. I'll be very happy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most crazy thing I've done was when I second time arrive Cologne. My friend and I didn't found any host there. We always wanted to find a hostel. Somehow, we think there are two of us and we don't have much any budget for living. We decided to stay in the main station for four days. At first we feel embarrass about this experience. But one guy we meet while couchsurfing told us we did the things we wanted. That is the best for travel. Then my train station become the most great things I've done for my trip.

Teach, Learn, Share

Beside meeting local people. I think the most easy way to get close to a place is to try the food. And must must be no afriad to get everything a shot. Because sometimes it might be the first and the last. Do what you want and follow your heart.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think in the middle of 20th. I've learn something and see something from people surround me. I have this nice, great feeling that I'm a different woman then few years ago. I would like to share this feeling if you want to know.
