I am a 21 years old French student. I have studied for 2 years in a school of Engineering in Lyon and will join a university in London at the next autumn, in mechanical engineering.

I am a passionate of sport and especially Cycling ; I did 10 years of competition. I like also politics, history but also Ethnology.

Indeed I am undertaking a study (this summer) of the relationships between people in Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine and Romania, and Carpathian moutains. I am focusing on culture, language and religion.

I would be very happy to meet you in your city or in your house !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Je suis sur Couchsurfing car maintenant adulte, j'aimerai découvrir le monde par moi même. Je pense que cela passe par la rencontre de personnes, d'échanges de valeurs, d'idées, de points de vue...
J'aime parler et échanger avec de nouvelles personnes n'importe ou car pour moi c'est le meilleur moyen de s'ouvrir au monde et de le comprendre.
Car si on veut découvrir un pays ou une culture, on ne peut le faire qu'en discutant avec ses habitants qui pourront nous apprendre des anecdotes, des histoires sur leur région qui leur tient à cœur.

I am on Couchsurfing because now I am a young adult and I want to discover the world by my own eyes. I think I need to talk with each other, the exchange of values, ideas, point of view si primary !
I like to talk and exchange with new people wherever I'm because it's for me the best way to be open minded and understanding. Because, if we want discover a country or a culture, we need to discuss with this inhabitants who can learn us anecdotes or stories about their motherlands that they love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was just 18 years old, I travel alone for 5 weeks all around Scotland. I was granted a scolarship by a french association to study the influence of scottish heritage on the new generation of scottish people.

During this incredible travel I visiting dozens of old castle, church, stone circle and museums. I did thousands of kilometers thanks to hitchhiking, I took more than 15 ferrys, trains and coachs to discover this beautifull country.

I hope to do the same amazing experience in the Carpathian mountain this summer !

I hope all along my journey in Carpathian mountains discover amazing people and host. I would like to discuss and exchange with people to truly understand the culture of Carpathian inhabitants.
