ABOUT ME

My name is Tuuli (a Finnish word for wind). I'm an eternal dreamer, traveler, and foodie. I love swimming in the sea, sand between my toes, dancing the night off, doing yoga, drinking champagne and having long conversations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have just moved to Dubai and would like to meet like minded people through couchsurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've participated at various CS happenings and meetings in Seoul and met many wonderful persons. Also my surfing experiences around South East Asia have been great.

Interests

I get relaxed when I do yoga, knit, read a good book or cook a nice dinner for friends. Sometimes high heels, sparkling wine and dancing till sunrise does the trick. But most importantly I want to see new places, a beautiful landscape and interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually don't remeber the names of any movies or bands, which is quite embarrasing. Recently I've been listening Mø, Jonsi and other indie/pop/electronic bands. I love Japanese writers, such as Haruki Murakami and Yasunari Kawabata.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazingly happy, friendly and welcoming people all over the world. I think it is pretty amazing to get a chance to meet so many wonderful people from various backgrounds. It teaches you more than any book ever can.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can do many kinds of handicrafts, including for example maedeup (Korean knots making), Korean patchwork, crocheting, knitting and stitching. I could teach you a technique or two.

I also like to cook and cooking together with someone is always fun!

I wish to practise Korean language when ever it is possible.
