About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I live on the edge - spontaneity and risk-taking go hand in hand when it comes to traveling!
ABOUT ME
I enjoy the beautiful little things in life - sunlight streaming in the windows during breakfast, small flowers which have just bloomed, singing in the rain...
PHILOSOPHY
Life is too short to be stuck behind books. Live it out - sing in the public, laugh loudly, make more friends, dance spontaneously and take lots of photos.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love traveling and learning about other people's local cultures.
I would gladly be a very good host to show you the underbelly of Singapore - the indie arts scene and all the best grub you can find!
When overseas, I hope to make new friends with the local hosts there.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed quite a few couches when I was traveling throughout Italy and met some really kind Italians! Also had fun on the French Alps and in Barcelona staying with my lovely hosts.
Interests
Number one passion that fuels me everyday - Fashion. Not in the frivolous sense, but in the art, design and production aspects of it, as well as the business side of it.
I also live on music. Also engage in a lot of creative stuff - watching good movies, photography, singing, dancing, cafehopping...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing thing I've done is to climb the "wild", unrestored parts of Great Wall of China during Winter when it was really cold and slippery because of the snow.
Also hitchhiked from the Alps to Madrid down in one day during winter - that was really quite an experience. I enjoyed hitchhiking in Turkey as well as that experience really allowed me to get to speak to the locals. Turkey is such a beautiful country with incredibly kind and hospitable people :)
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach
Singing
Piano! - I've gotten my grade 8 cert since I was 16.
Anything you want to know about the fashion industry - I can't promise I literally know anything, but I do know a lot.
Learn
There's too much that I wish to learn in this lifetime!
Eg. diving, surfing, skiing, clay pottery making...
I also enjoy learning how to cook food from other countries - good food brings people together, so please do share!
Share
I'd share with you all my insider knowledge of Singapore. You can forget the cliche shopping district Orchard Road and the conventional hawker centres guidebooks recommend you to go, come with me and I'll bring you to the dark side ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Not a great cook but I do know a few classic Asian dishes :)
