I'm a New Zealand born Samoan/European always keen for new and exciting experiences. I'm a high school teacher and currently work in West London. I love meeting new people particularly people from other cultures and interesting backgrounds. I'm always up for an adventure especially if it involves the outdoors.

Loving living the expat life and being so accessible to travel through Europe and beyond, and am constantly on the search for new and authentic experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I see this as a cool way to meet other people and to have more authentic travel experiences rather than just seeing things as a tourist. There's nothing quite like experiencing a city with a local. Plus I feel our world has become far too disconnected so love the way this brings complete strangers together in a trusting and meaningful way. Life is about connection!

Interests

Sport - I am a rugby fanatic. I don't play but follow it rather religiously! I'll watch anything though - netball, basketball, Olympics, soccer...when it's a World Cup...! Love all things to do with the outdoors and always keen to get out an whole new areas.

Music - love all things music. I play the guitar and piano and love to muck around on any other instrument. My favourite thing in the world to do is to sit down with people with a guitar in the evening and just jam around and sing.

Food. I love cooking and could talk food all day long. Love learning about food especially other culture's recipes and dishes. Cooking show addict. If you're into food we will get along just fine.
