About Me

CURRENT MISSION

getting connected to people and overcome boundaries together

ABOUT ME

My name is Vera. I live in Berlin since 2014. Originally I come from further north in Germany, from a small rural country-town called Rhede.

I love talking to people and getting to know them. Every single human beeing has such a varied soul and so much to give to this world.

Just by talking to others you can learn so much about live, love and this world!

I love going jogging, try to learn baglama, love reading good books and the newspaper. And I am excited aobut languages and traveling.

PHILOSOPHY

To give and to receive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Diyarbakır, Turkey - a place I had heart so many prejudices about and in the end all of them proved wrong, or let's say the opposite: I met some of the most welcoming people ever!

A strongly believing Muslim friend found a church for me once, when I felt the urge to pray.

I helped in the delivery of a lot of children and still the moment when a new being is coming out of the womb of a woman it let's me be astonished.
