ABOUT ME
we are a happy young couple from ghent (flanders) in the tiny, flat and crowded country of belgium. E have a son who is 3 years old, and a daughter who is only some months young.
Vera is home with the baby but works as a nurse in a local social health care centre. Nico works with school about Global Education, Education for Sustainable Development etc.
We love traveling, mostly in rough, mountainous area's with lot's of nature and few people, but this may change or vary.
We like to meet new people to exchange idea's and experiences, we like to cook nice 'n healthy vegetarian food

by willing to host people if there's space in the house, by helping them around in our city or country if we have time...
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
camping in people's gardens or being invited into people's houses while traveling. taking (lonely) travelers or people with no place to stay in our house, providing them food, a couch, a bed or a matrasse or whatever we had available
