To get to know new people and their story. And how could you get a better impression of the country and culture than living with locals instead of staying in a hotel?! And perhaps one or the other friendship will develop. Who knows? :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

2016 - Hitchhiking with my cousin in Southern Germany.
2013/2016 - Biking holiday with a friend in Sweden. With tent, sleeping mat and sleeping bag in my luggage.
2017 - Spontaneous holiday with a friend on Crete/Greece.
2019 Alone to France, rented a car, got to know and love the country and its people and found myself again.
Ohh and Couchsurfing of course.

I prefer to live a good life.
A life which can rightly be called so.
That's why I decided 4 years ago to eat purely vegetable food. For a fantastic meal, no animal must have died. For me it is about nature conservation and ethical reasons. And of course I feel happy with it and can reconcile my lifestyle with myself and my conscience. No, I will not convert you to a vegan at all! Don't worry! :D :D :D
