Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Please read my profile before applying. I will only consider requests from couch surfers who have completed their own profile, including photo.

Warning: racists, sexists and homophobes stay far away or you will be booted where it hurts and sent where you belong!

Couchsurfing vs Free Ho(s)tel: I expect personal contact and exchanging experiences. Couchsurfing is not an alternative to cheap or free impersonal accommodation. Usually my doors close at night around 11 pm (unless we agree otherwise) people who wish to enjoy the night life until dawn are not welcome. I don't give keys. Bear that in mind before applying for a couch.
Daytime Hours: I expect my guests to organize most of their own activities outside my home during daytime hours (unless we agree otherwise), I value my free time. But as I stated earlier, I also want to spend some time with my guest, sharing a meal and a good conversation, usually in the evenings.

Internet: I have a wireless connection that you can use if you have your own laptop. I don't like to lend my computer.

Cancelling: If you change your plans and can not come on the agreed date, please send me a message cancelling your stay. Failure to do so may result in a negative reference.
