Another soul traveling around this world and trying to make sense of it. Currently based in Jena to do my Bachelors in occupational science there. I’ve studied and worked a bunch of different things before and feel like I found my place for now. I’m a yoga teacher and if I would have to chose a life motto, it would be these two:

- movement: I have done lots of different sports and am currently mostly doing impro dancing and calisthenics. It fascinates me what we are capable of with consistency.

- making art: after a longer break I found my way back to making art. I am also learning how to tattoo a bit.

- alternative living/Environment/ People: I live in a house project in Jena right now and have lived in one in Mainz also. Between that I lived in a tiny house community in Berlin.

- resilience/ mental health: Loss and illness of loved ones has been something I have been dealing with most of my life. So I have developed a personal interest in ways to cope
