Hi there, I am 27 years old, I live north of Hamburg, Deutschland. I have moved here more than one year ago from Denmark, where I've completed my masters education in Automation and Control (Engineering) at Aalborg University.

I am in a relationship for almost 8 years, and I travel with my girlfriend during our vacations. We have a small sized dog, Milou, a Coton de Tulear, whom also enjoys the vacations by our side.

As person, I am friendly and I like to help the people surrounding me. Maybe sometimes I am a bit to direct and say what is on my mind, or when something is bothering me I name it without more than 2 thoughts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am couch surfing as I would like to experience and get to know new places, cities, people and their culture. I think that one has the chance to get more from a vacation by being introduced and by spending some time with a local person to get the best out of every place that is visiting.

At the moment I am visiting most of Europe, still a few places left on the agenda, and the next one is your city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen any type of music that has rhythm, does not matter the language in which is used to sing, or if there is nothing sang.

In terms of movies, I kid of watch everything that is new on BlueRay or DVD, sometimes also go to cinema, but I really prefer to hear the real voices and no synchronizations. As in Germany this is not the case, I prefer in a lot of cases to skip the cinema if it is a Foreign movie.

In terms of books, I read quite a lot, English and American novels, mostly Thrillers, Criminal and Adventure movies. Every story has something that captivates my attention and makes me want to read more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

By working as Wind Turbines Control Engineer (at Nordex Energy GmbH), I have ascended into the nacelle of one of our prototype turbines at more than 140 m height, and then climber on to the roof of it. It was nice to feel the power of the wind hitting the rotor at that height. Of course everything was done with appropriate equipment, cause safety comes first!

Another amazing thing, is that I climbed with my girlfriend and my dog Piz Nair Peak in Switzerland (more than 3000 m) and came down in the same day. Really fun tour and interesting to see until where does your energy levels hold.
