My name is Analía Verónica and I´m from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I grew up and always lived in a big city but I love to travel and one of my favorite places to visit are natural reserves. I´m accountant and have a bachelor in business administration. However, I always enjoyed coocking and decided to study a proffesional cheff carreer in 2012. as a result I interested in the source of the food and a helthier diet. I read a lot about the food industry and biodinamic agriculture. In the first quarter of 2017, I quit to my job as accountant in a proffesional firm and joined as volunteer in a biodinamic farm in Argentina
