I hate filling these "about me" things out because I always feel like I come off contrived or uninteresting..

I'm a writer who lives in Los Angeles. I love to make new friends. I really love to read and go for midnight diner runs ( those are always when the best conversations happen!). I am learning how to cook and I would love pointers and to help around with dinner or something. I love films and going to see good concerts.
I'm a generally very happy and easy going person.

I don't go out very much and I feel like I want to change that.

I'm also dirt poor and I want to be able to spend the money I have on experiences and taking my hosts out to dinner than spending it on a hotel room.
