Currently living with my partner, Jared. He is new to Couch surfing and we started hosting travelers together in our apartment. We mostly travel together and have already made amazing friends through Couchsurf hangouts in Morocco and other amazing places.

I really joined the CS culture in 2019, and it really enhanced my solo travel experience.

I am Mexican American, raised in California. My passions are: travel, food, and traveling for food. I am a teacher in California.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love creating friendships and having connections with beautiful people. One of my best friends i met on a bus in Costa Rica, from then on we meet each other somewhere in the world once a year. I love having authentic human connections all over the world.

My career is a teacher, which we all know has limited funds. I prefer to spend money on travel expenses, cooking & trying the culinary experience of each culture I interact with great people!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock and música latina. I dance to reggeaton & hip hop a lot and also love Mexican Banda.

I like to read, but I hardly touch my book when I travel. My brain is usually too busy thinking of what to eat next.

I teach teenagers and then send them off to college! (i'm a mom x 100!)
