HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couchsurfed a couple of times and met amazing people through couchsurfing even unofficially. Now in Phnom Penh there is a bustling couchsurfing group and it is great to meet with travelers, share stories and get inspiration for future expeditions :)

i couchsurfed couple times. I think it is the best way how to travel, meet amazing people and actually get to know the culture of the country.

"Even your worst enemies deserve music" and I love bands such as: Ben Howard, Jason Mraz, Hot Water, Touchwood, Alt-J, Walk off the Earth, Ane Brun, Arctic Monkeys, Basement jaxx, The Strokes, Placebo, The Killers, Hooverphonics, Moloko, Amy Winehouse, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper and many many more, anything jazzy and even classical

Harold and Maude is one of my favorite movies. Forrest Gump is the classic which always makes me feel good. I love Almodovar's movies. I always want to watch 'Y tu mama tambien.' Movies from Lars von Trier give me goose bumps and Kubrick just freaks me out, but i adore his movies. I love spanish movies such as Amantes del circulo polar or Lucia y sexo.

I am just reading The Stars Rover from Jack London. John Irving is nuts, but his books got me. I love Terry Pratchett and Douglas Adams, because traveling on this earth is not enough for me. I wish i had more time for reading, i would love the time to stop for two years so i could lock myself in a library with supercomfy sofa and just read and read.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Nothing i have done would be amazing if it wasn't for people i met on my way! and i was lucky and i met loads. They inspired me in a great way so now i am ready to start more amazing stuff.

I spent over a year in Afghanistan, which was really an experience... sometimes too harsh,but sometimes I could feel the flow and the excitement of doing the right thing. I traveled through Latin America and came back to study briefly to Colombia and just loved the country. Now I work as UN Volunteer in Cambodia and it is an amazing experience with great people surrounding me, for which I am so thankful.

I love learning new languages, getting to know differences of cultures, having discussions about how different we are while finding the thing that is binding us together...

I am very interested in the area of human rights and world development, i finished studying international relations and political science and did my masters in Security Studies.
