i read inspirational books, fiction, sometimes when i cant sleep it really helps to read textbooks as for me i read medical books it can be a good sedative😳
i listen to Kpop alot and when im stress i listen to country music or nursery rhymes it lighten up my mood
Not really a fan of movies but i usually binge watch Kdrama ( definitely superfan here)
