About Me
Hi! Salut! Oi! I'm a student who loooooves cows, learning new languages (though I've only gotten the hang of basic French), and meeting new people! I like traveling too, but as all students know: the budget burns! Thankfully, I love my beautiful city and all it has to explore in it! Here's to many more experiences to come! Cheers!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couchsurfing meet-up was in Old Québec, and the people were so fun and welcoming! The other members had fun throwing my stuffed seal around the table like a football. It's all fun and games until someone's toy gets stuffed in another's armpit! It's been a blast following it up in other cities I've been to! I was a regular at the polyglot and weekly meetings in Lyon, where I've made some close friends and shared some really good times (rating prison experiences and snorting sugar not included. Mom, you didn't just read that). I really like Couchsurfing because you meet all kinds of people, but you all have one thing in common: we LOVE meeting new people!
Interests
I can add many things here, but I have to be upfront about what I'm really passionate about: the science of COWS! I'm taking animal production among other things at university (and if you're really brave, you can ask me excatly what that means in person...), though I don't know exactly where I'll end up once I finish school. Maybe in a new city! I like running, swimming, biking, salsa, learning new languages and meeting new people. Bellydance is up on the table this semester, which is good because my salsa doesn't really follow the rules of a salsa! I like watching movies as well, though that's a bit harder to share, however nothing's impossible... :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rowing on beautiful Shawnigan Lake, BC. Watching the vibrant northern lights dance (they really do! and they reflect on the snow! Entire fields of it!), and horse-back riding on snowy Christmas Eves. The absolute coolest thing I've ever done so far is bike from Québec City to Montréal! Pretty tame, but I hope I can follow it up with bigger things!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm very sorry, but I don't have a spare bed or couch to offer to any guests, but I know some pretty cool bars and all the cool things to do near Québec!
There are some really pretty and historic areas to picnic at during the summer or fall (might I suggest on the city walls of Québec for example?), lots of cool bars and small breweries, and depending on which time of the year, cool festivals I could help you explore!
If you like biking or jogging, I know some absolutely fantastic and picturesque routes in and near the city, and might even be able to procure a bike for you (definitely not a solid offer, but maybe)!
