Overview
About Me
I am 19 years old moving to Denver by myself right after New Years. I am looking for a place to stay close to Downtown and public transportation (I am not going to have a car) for I'd say 3 weeks to a month while I'm looking at apartments and getting started with work and all that. I am also starting a class at MSU Denver when the spring semester begins. I am respectful and mature, clean, fun, kind, etc. I am willing to help out with anything you may need, chores, babysitting, etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I need a place to stay for about 3 weeks to a month while I am finding an apartment and getting started with work. I also really want to meet people and get to know the community.
Interests
I love animals a lot, I currently have two sugar gliders (they're like a flying squirrel/lemur combined) that sadly I will not be bringing with me :(
I also like to snowboard and ski, teach skiing, listen to music and go to concerts, explore nature, create art, just chill out and converse, and more.

Music, Movies, and Books
My taste in music is kind of all over the place. I'm really into electronic dream pop kinda stuff, as well as 70's rock. I also like disco, most alternative stuff, downtempo, trap (sometimes), and some random artists/styles like African drums and Bollywood type music.
I don't watch movies very often, I usually watch more documentaries. I am very interested in crime documentaries, social issues documentaries, documentaries on historical events, etc. A favorite of mine, Magic Trip is about Ken Kesey and the Merry Pranksters' trip across the country in the Further bus.
I love books but don't read as much as I should. Just Kids by Patti Smith is a favorite of mine.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going thru a tunnel that came to an open end directly behind Niagra Falls. Being that close and getting wet by the underside of the falls was unforgettable.
I was a competitive figure skater for almost 13 years. My childhood and adolescent years were dedicated to the sport.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make jewelry as well as educate you about sugar gliders. I also know a decent amount of Spanish, but would love to learn more/practice speaking with a Spanish speaker. I can share my love for music, talk about music, listen to music, play music together, etc. I am constantly feeling the need to create, whether it's photography, drawing, painting, ceramics, etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can help out with chores, babysitting, anything you need really (when I'm not working).
