About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make people happy with simple things :)

ABOUT ME

I am a sunny girl, maybe a little shy at the beginning, and I really like meeting other people, trying to understand them. Curiosity is my second name and I love discovering new places, different points of view and new ways of thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting people and listen to their stories. We have a lot to learn from the others and I think that couchsufing is one of the best ways to discover the world.

Interests

I love reading, any kind of books (apart thrillers), singing and playing the piano. I have one marvellous dog and I often go walking with her around the Carso. I am really fascinated by the sea and, especially, by Ocean.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've been singing since I was 3 years old and since October 2016 I'm part of the Regional Youth Choir of Friulia Venezia Giulia (CGRFVG, if you want to check us!): one of the best experience ever! Therefore I definitely can say that music is an important part of my life. I like listening to almost any kind of music, but I have to confess that I really enjoy the Balcanic sounds!
I also love reading and I guess that my favourite book is "Alice's adventures in Wonderland". If I had to choose other 5 books (even if it is a very hard choice!) I would say "The great Gatsby", "The little Prince", "The importance of being Ernest", "Wuthering heights" and "The 13 1⁄2 Lives of Captain Bluebear".
If I must take a list of my favourite films I would write in it "Into the Wild", "The Tiger and the Snow", "Canone inverso - Making Love", "Dead Poets Society", "The Notebook", "Amélie" and "The Motorcycle Diaries".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015 I lived in Vilnius for 6 months as an exhange student: it was definitely one of the best experience ever. They told me that Erasmus would have changed my life and they were completely right. I've found a second home in a simply wonderful city and I had the chance to meet many new and incredible people. We shared so much that sometimes it doesn't even feel real what we faced. We learned so much, we opened our eyes to the greatness and, unfortunately, also to the cruelty of the world. We found more sincere friends in 6 months than in a lifetime. I would like to write more and more, but I guess I'll say only another thing: Once Erasmus, always Erasmus. I think there is no need to add anything else.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have much to teach, but I have a lot to learn... It will be a real pleasure to share with you everything I have and I know! :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share with you my experiences, I can teach you some Italian (or, if you know it already, we can practice a little bit!), I can cook for you and if you like singing I can also teach you some really short and nice songs :)
