Overview
About Me
I'm Italian but I've been living in Austria for about 8 years now (Linz and Salzburg). I have studied languages and this is a passion that hasn't stopped with University - even if I'm working in software development now (and loving it), I still try to practice the languages I know as much as possible, and also to learn new ones . I am an open person, I like meeting new people and learning about their cultures, traditions and - very importantly - food! I love travelling and I still have a lot of places on my bucket list.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My main goal here is to meet great people, make new friends, learn new things about them and their culture. I love to get more in touch with locals during my travels. I have hosted a few years ago, but now I live in a very small flat so I can't always assure I can host. I've also been hosted by a lot of great people last year when travelling through Russia and can't wait to repeat the experience!

Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn more or less everything! I have a lot of different interests, from science to linguistics, anthropology, movies, health, etc... Besides, I am sure every person has something interesting to share so I'm really open to learn everything anyone has to teach me.
I am happy to help with any of the languages I know (at different levels, of course!). I am very keen on Italian grammar, so if you're learning Italian I'm sure that's the thing I can help you with the most. I am not an exceptional cook, but I can still show you some basic Italian recipes (pasta - yeah a lot of people get it wrong -, pizza, lasagna, gnocchi...).
What I Can Share with Hosts
Company, Italian food (nothing fancy though, I'm not a great cook), walks through the town, tea, tips for traveling, conversation, book suggestions...
