I am a girl living in Toronto, exploring the city everyday as I go through my studies in university. I am a theatre kid and I work around toronto setting up various theatres and concerts. Additionally I am working on studying art and design, specifically to become a costume, set and prop designer. I love art, music, dance and of course travel.

I have always traveled, since I was young. I would always go to Bulgaria for the summers to see my family there. When I was in High School, I decided to do the international exchange program to Spain. This was absolutly the best decision I have ever made. I made a best friend during this experience. We clicked immediately! We shared so much in common and we loved sharing each others language and culture. After living in Spain for three months I fell in love with spanish and spanish culture. Since then I have returned to visit and so has my partner.

The best part about travel as I'm sure everyone has said a million times, is the people you meet and experience new things from. My mind have opened in a new way and shows through the way I interact with others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I am looking for a new experience. I have never done couchsurfing before and I'm extremely fascinated by it! To be able to live with a local and exchange stories and experiences with one another sounds spectacular to me. Thats all you look for when you travel somewhere new!

Music, Movies, and Books

Matt Corby is my favorite singer. The list continues with plenty of other indie alternative artists such as Ben Howard, Daughter, Florence and the Machine. My taste in music can jump around from indie to hip hop/ r&b, rock, pop, rap. Music is my first love and I appreciate good music from all genres.

Movies is difficult because there is a favorite for every moment. Some of the tops would include; The Dark Knight, Fight Club, Forrest Gump, 500 Days of Summer, Inglorous Bastards, Dirsty Dancing: Havana Nights (its just too good!!), Whiplash, Pride & Prejudice (Both the older and newer version)
