Coming back to Edinbra on September 2017, after one of the most "never-been-seen" years of my life...a lot of gifts and troubles at the same time and one question: could I start to think as I have never thought before? Could I be so brave? (Could I learn English, too?)
So: like last year, I'm not searching for hosts, I'm searching for new people to meet. I'm not the usual "easygoing" person and I have accepted my own loneliness but I believe that communication is a form of nourishment, so, why not try?

I am a quite, sensitive and reserved Italian girl. I studied cinema, photography and art, and since 2007 I am an art model, which means that I pose for art schools. I am also a film and art critic, and I've written many reviews for web magazines. I also have been a photographer, some years ago. Unfortunely now all my second hand - cameras are broken and I don't have a lot of money so I just stopped.

Maybe I could not seem a party girl (like, FUN FUN FUN!), because I'm quite introvert: I really like to stay in a place in silence, observing things and places and feeling the time/space...and stuff like this.
But I really appreciated nonsense/surreal talking, and laugh about myself because...I am made like this.

Not interested in CS as a primary dating place. I just want to talk. Then we'll see... but THEN.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet new people and to share each other experiences. Most of the time I read books because I like to understand human nature. Given that I am a bit shy, sometimes I find hard to communicate in a deep way with other people..but when I do, I can be a very good friend, and a warm person. I don't drink and I don't smoke so I have to admit I am a very boring girl! But I really like eat, especially sweets.

I really appreciated kind people. REALLY kind people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Beatles, Neutral Milk Hotel, Radiohead, Sigur Ros (I am not very knowledgable about music, I admit it. I've always listened to the same music for a long time)

Movies: everythng by Malick, Lynch and Zulawki. My all-time favourite is Orlando, by Sally Potter, from Virginia Woolf's novel about a man who becomes a woman and lives 400 years without ageing a single day.

Books: oh well this is difficult, let's see...my favourite writers are David Foster Wallace, Fedor Dostoevsky, John Steinbeck, Marcel Proust, Anne Sexton...I really do love reading.
