About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learn as much as possible
ABOUT ME
I have had many changes in my personal outlook and interests in my life thus far. At present I am immersed in following and exploring the spiritual paths of hatha and raja yoga. I began practicing asana in early 2013 and have been practicing the Ashtanga style since mid-2014. Meditation practice has come into my life earlier in 2015 and I have been enjoying connecting deeply within myself and exploring different methods.
My primary interest in life these days is to experience as many new things as possible and to learn and grow in love and compassion for all beings. Finding ways in which I can serve others and connect with source is a great joy for me, which also brings challenges as I continue to overcome old habits and find humility.
I don't know where my life is heading, and that's perfect! All I need to do is follow where my heart tells me to go and I trust that the universe will direct me to exactly where I need to go
PHILOSOPHY
My family is all humanity, and my country is the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent 2 years of my undergraduate studies in Tokyo, Japan in 2009-2010. Taking the time to learn and integrate with the Japanese language and culture was a transformational experience as it was my first time living abroad. Since then I've had trouble staying in one place for more than a year.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and can offer tips and lessons in basic yoga asana. I also worked as a professional hairdresser for 7 years and am happy to share my skills cutting hair.
I'm interested in learning more about all areas of sustainable food production, such as permaculture and biodynamic farming. I spent 6 months WWOOFing in Hawaii on the island of Maui where I gained a permaculture design certificate, and I would really enjoy sharing and exchanging knowledge and skills in these areas!
If there's something you enjoy and like to share, I'm open to learning about nearly everything
