ABOUT ME

I dance around and sing throughout the day. If there is music, I have to dance... if there isn't music, I usually make my own. Other than that, I love to be around amazing people, meet new people, and take the time to learn about other cultures, languages, and hear stories. I try to explore everything, almost to a fault, in that I hardly sleep because I want to keep going and going. and....I LOVE LIFE

PHILOSOPHY

I think the Dalai Lama said it best...

"Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to have woken up, I am alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it, I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others, to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings, I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others, I am going to benefit others as much as I can."

On that note, I live up each day and I constantly explore. I also cannot ignore the problems in society and throughout the world, so I dedicate my life to raising awareness, spreading positivity, and doing something about it!
