About Me

Hello,
I am currently in "Pause" from life, taking a moment to discover what I want to do next, in the mean time, I am working as Aupair in Berlin, studying german and making the best out of it.
I am someone who loves to learn and learn, from friends, strangers, family, life...
I love learning languages because they allow you to communicate with people from all over the world without any barriers.
I am an open-minded person who loves to travel and discover.
I like volunteering, so far I have participated in art programs, in a Kidsmuseum and basically when I see someone who "needs a hand", I am there.
I see myself as a very peaceful person who tries to live in balance from the things that we can/cannot control... still struggling with that, tough.
I love to eat, that is the only thing I don't mind spending money on, a happy stomach gives me all the energy I need for a great adventure, though I can also forget to eat for hours and hours.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like all of us who love to travel, I don´t like the idea of knowing a place from its touristic places or rushing through a city trying to see everything.
Everytime I go out to discover something new, I try to take one piece of where I go with me... a nice talk with a random person, a hidden spot, a walk next to a lake, a picture from a weirdly-shaped-tree, a breath of fresh air... I know it may sound silly but it is what I do, a different way to know a place... and that is why I would love to start couch surfing and getting to know people and how they spend their day after day, sharing time and experiences.

*Sometimes I don´t listen to the music and never pay attention to the lyrics.
Movies: Last night, Ink, Poll, The little Mermaid, Peter Pan, Pirates of the Caribbean, Face-off, Ratatouille...
Books: The Misterious Benedict Society, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Harry Potter, Donde habitan los ángeles... almost everything about adventure, riddles and thrillers, I usually read only the kids&teenager's section.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being able so far, to run against social conventions or people in a hurry, living at my own pace and enjoying, even when people say I am slow or something similar.
Taking the best out of the smallest things.

Teach, Learn, Share

The beauty of teaching, learning and sharing is that we don´t even realize it, we go with the flow and just by being ourselves, we are already doing these 3 things.

I am always willing to do things, would you like to try bouldering, learning spanish, trying to cook something together, a shoulder to cry on, an advice? ... "I am your person".

What I Can Share with Hosts

I honestly don't know how it works the other way, but I would gladly tidy-up a little, cook something, buy some groceries, walk the dog (if)...
