À propos de moi

CURRENT MISSION

To build a flying winged baloon out of bubble gum and superglue

ABOUT ME

I am quirky and engaging. I enjoy difficult things. I can talk all day, or never say a word. I draw, write, sing, paint, climb, dance, and do bike tricks. Superficial conversation holds no interest for me. I don't like discussing politics or religion, although chi, yoga, spirituality and zen/tao are OK. I can bike for miles without tiring. I have played and recorded music for many many years, and although I am traveling now. I will always play whatever is available with whoever wants to jam. I can party and rock out without becoming obnoxious. Most of my values and opinions lie somewhere outside of this thing they call 'normal'. I try to stay in a state of constant awe and wonderment of the world. I hope I never think I have learned enough. I have a dark and twisted sense of humor. I really like to cook.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is basically not understandable on a conscious rational level, but that shouldn't stop me from trying. Adaptability is the key trait for us humans. There is so much going on in the world that we can't see or comprehend, so it's a good idea to pay attention to the little cues and clues that DO come your way to guide you. There is absolutely too much knowlege and information for one person to grasp, but that won't stop me from trying. Life is basically a fabulous adventure, with nearly limitless possibilites, but only if you see it that way. One should be living post-apocalyptically already. is

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I put my left foot in, I take my left foot out, I do the hokey pokey then I shake it all about.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed on couches, floors, basements, attics, back yards, treehouses, farmhouses, vans, boats, space ships, beaches, mountain tops, gullies, hammocks, coffins, rafts, glass houses, up a creek without a paddle, and trailers. I enjoy being awakened by loud sirens and the smell of burning plastic. or coffee, that's good too..

Centres d'intérêt

Music, recording, sound engineering, meeting intelligent unusual people, seeing everywhere in the US then going abroad, making curry from scratch, the fringey borders of psuedo-science and the occult. homebrewing. dangerous sports like snowboarding, wakeboarding, rock climbing and attempting to ride a bike through the downtown of major US cities. particle physics. happy coincidences. bizzare theories, good house parties, especially the kind that have a costume theme. the mandelbrodt set, enjoying life instead of plodding mechanically through it, homebrewing, art of all sorts, hard work, late nights, and cheese.
