Hi! I'm Victor, was working in the mining industry as a engineer/surveyor, but now with the virus I'm now back in Sydney. Have been going freediving and spearfishing in the sea everyday, so life isn't too bad 😅

I'm a inquisitive person with a almost child-like openness and curiosity, also have a good sense of humour..I think 🤔

Always loved experiencing new cultures, hitchhiking, and meeting new people, so thought I'll come onto couchsurfing and try it out 🙂

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To me, traveling is somewhat boring and pointless without connecting with people - the memories will eventually fade, but the connections we make live on 🙂

Interests

Recently started doing freediving and spearfishing so a lot of my energy is going into that, otherwise I enjoy travelling, hiking, photography, and reading books on philosophy and science.

Since I was a child I've dreamt of becoming an artist, but well, that didn't work out 🤦🏼‍♀️😅
I still enjoy visiting art installations though, and have an appreciation for most of the contemporary movements - except for Dadaism. Maybe I will never get it 😂
