About Me

*** NOTE: I am currently travelling, so I am not able to host - sorry! ***

Hi everyone,
my name is Vicky and I am a graphic designer from germany. I always wanted to travel the world and now my personal little adventure is about to start. In may I will take a flight to Vancouver and I want to spend a year in Canada.
Since I will be traveling a lot of different areas of the country that I don't have a clue about right now I decided to try couchsurfing. I heard a lot of nice stories from friends who are using it and got to know very nice people from all over the world.
I loveto spent my time traveling and at home with learning about people and cultures in a easy and natural way. I want to get to know the local way of living, listen to the stories of people from all over the world, as well as to impove my language skills.

I would consider myself a open-minded, friendly and hard-working person and I love living on the countryside as much as the big city life.

I love good food and I could eat all the time - I am not a very good cook, but I am a dedicated kitchen help. I like to spend time cooking together and learning how other people prepare their meals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When traveling I would love to get to know some locals, easy going people that want to share the hidden places and best bits of their town with me.
When hosting I would love to do the same for others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I moved out my parents house when I was 16 to do an apprenticeship in a bigger city. Since then I am moving from town to town in a more or less 3 years cycle. I appreciate the changes and the new friends the "getting out of the comfortzone" brings everytime.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good time, conversations, cooking, good food, activities.
Simce I will stay in one town for a few days only I would consider myself as pretty independent and won't bother you too much.

Countries I’ve Visited

Bulgaria, England, France, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Tunisia

Countries I’ve Lived In
