About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel around the world!!!

ABOUT ME
Hello I'm VICKY from Taiwan. At present I'm a traveler from Sicily, Naples, Rome.... I'm short but awesome! Always easygoing, friendly and like to smile. Always open for new cultures and experiences. Always enjoy every day as much as I can.
I love nature. Can't stand sitting all day. Love to explore new things.

PHILOSOPHY

When what you hear and what you see don't match, trust your eyes.

“Walter Mitty: To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life.”

“Sean O'Connell: Sometimes I don't. If I like a moment, for me, personally, I don't like to have the distraction of the camera. I just want to stay in it.”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to meet the person who speaks languages, have fun talking to each other and know the local culture. I prefer showing my home town's photos to let everyone know my lovely motherland,TAIWAN.
If possible, I'd like to stay at his/her house to experience the local life. Always it's very good to immerse in different cultures. Also thanks to CS, I met lots of amazing ppl. Have bondings. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2012, I worked as a volunteer teaching in nursery school in India. All of a sudden, I have heaps of siblings, even we are different. It's incredible. Traveled alone for 1 month. Almost killed. Fortunately, I was saved by french on the bus.
In 2013, I was trained in the mountain for 1 month to learn how to lead groups, deal with emergency, etc. Eventually, I got a certificateIn as mountain guide.
In 2014, I've been couchsurfing in UK. Met lots of amazing, positive and hospitable hosts, while few aren't. Homeless Sleeping outside couple times cause host gave me wrong number. Sometimes they forgot im coming. HUEWW At least I survived.
