Hi,
I am Victor Burton, I am 18 years old and I am french.
My goal for one year (2015/2016) is to learn english and spanish and especially, do some beautiful meet around the world.
I obtained an engineering school in France but I asked them to report my admission for one year to travel and learn languages.
They accepted so I'm traveling!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

At first, I started my trip with work exchange websites. But the problems were that many host asked to stay a minimum of 1 month and it to much for me who wants travel around the country. So a traveler I met talk to me about coach surfing. After ssaw what was it, I think it's the best way to visit many cities in a country for a lesser price and mainly meet people who live in these city!
I'm really thinking this is the most important because like that you are directly in contact with people who know there cities and can give you a really good advise about the good place to visit and others!!

Interests

My interest?
They are to many!!! I think everything interest me!! with just different degree of interest. But I'll try to categorize them:
Subject of discussion and interest: Ecology, economy, books, movies, philosophy.
For contemplation, I like to be facing nature and its beauty and feel the feeling you have when you are facing a huge extended devoid of any civilization!
However, I also like to live downtown and to party, dance and have fun !!;)
Sports: roller skating, snowboard, surf and many others!

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite artist is definitely Pink Floyd!! There songs are just so beautiful!
But I love Music. And all sort of music from rock to classical, through electro.
So fo exemple: Led Zeppelin, the Who, Alt J, Gramatik, Eminem, Gnarls Barkley, Isaac Delusiom, J.J Cale, Jose Gonzales, Milky Chance, Moby, Moriarty....

About books, I also like to read. I think my favourite book is Dune ( Frank Herbert). But I only read the first tome. The last books I read was The Cycle of foundation ( Isac Asimov) and I had rely like it! The both are science fiction, But it isn't only what i read ;)

For movies and series, Of course I love it to. My last series were Peaky Blinders and Mr Robot, there are not so fa;ohs, but they are really amazing!!
For movies I think, one of my best is Interstellar! But there is also Star Wars of course, Memento, and other movies!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think the most amazing thing I've done is go travel in Amerique at 18 years for one years without any project except learn english and Spanish for one year.
