I'm an adventurous and fun individual who enjoys travelling and meeting new people! When I am not at school or work, I enjoy spending my time in the outdoors. I was born and raised in so called "wet coast" of Canada (ie. Vancouver), but I have more recently relocated to Toronto to pursue a career in Urban and Regional Planning. Even more recently, I have been admitted to a single semester exchange in Birmingham UK.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love cities and public spaces. When exploring new places, I want to learn about the culture and places with a local's perspective. I am on couchsurfing to explore new spaces and places with this outlook, and to have a positive shared experience with others.

Moreover, I would like to be able to return the wonderful experience of being hosted with those who I have met on couchsurfing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During the summer of 2012, I was able to go on an alpine climbing trip in the Cascades. During that three day trip, we climbed a total of three peaks including Liberty Bell. Peak after peak, I was left awestruck with only the 360 degree view and the sound of wind to stimulate me.
