I am a Mexican immigrant and I have live my whole life in Denver, CO. I'm on a journey to change the laws that effect my family and community. Through community organizing I fight for pro-immigrant laws that help welcome immigrants as if they were coming home. Migration is beautiful and we are all aprt of making that expereience possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always have opportunities to travel through work and sometimes look for deals to travel to places I've never been. If I go somewhere for work I can usually influence the times the flights get to my destination and when I return home. So I usually stay longer or arrive early to get to know the area a lot better and experience all that their is in the city or state.

Interests

I am always busy with work so when I get a chance to rest I take the time to dive into my passions in life. I am a very theatrical person and love acting and performing for others. I have done a few monologues and I am always incorporating that into my work.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I called and organized a walkout of 27 schools in Denver, CO on September 5th 2017 where 3,000 students walkout of class in protest of President Trump's decision on DACA. We got local, national and international coverage.
