Hi!
This is me: Victor. A 25-year-old student from Copenhagen, who is soon moving to Rotterdam to pursue my dream of becoming a psychologist.
Aside from spending a lot of time with books and wonderful people, I teach scuba-diving and work hard to earn money to travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing with a friend while traveling in Iran, and I adore the concept of spending time with local people while traveling. I love to meet new people and to get a look behind the scenes of the ordinary touristy stuff. As a cultural sociologist, this is also what I work with - why people do, as they do, and I'm more interested in ways of living than touristy landmarks.
As a student, I currently don't have the space to accommodate others, but once I move into something bigger, I am looking forward to welcoming people from all over the world!

I generally consider myself somewhat of a cultural omnivore. I indulge most types of art and culture, from Marvel movies to film noir, and from Donald Duck to Dostojevskij.
