Music, Movies, and Books
Vic : I listen to all from Little Richard to Travis Scott, with a little Tchaikovsky in between. Played guitar for half of my life :)
Not a big reader tho. Prefer audiobooks.
Movies are great tho I’m not interested in the technicalities of them. I like when they’re directed and cut well enough that I forget about it and focus entirely on the story. I like when they get deep in the nature of things and broad in the scope of characters they show.
Sally : Well, I like a lot of verrry different artists, musicians, writers, filmmakers… Feelings are essentially what I find important when I’m watching a movie or listening to a song.
Recently I discovered Lizzo (and I’m a big fan), I really love electronic music and the techno culture. And I also like Taylor Swift as well as Queen and Vivaldi.
To be honest, I’m a Game of Thrones nerd, just don’t talk about the last season with me. Otherwise, my favorite films may be The Arrival, Black Swan and Le Dîner de Cons (an HILARIOUS french film).
Oh and i love books, I finished 1984 and am currently reading The Silmarillion (which is about the cosmogony of the Lord of the Ring).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Vic : Ate catfood, didn’t like it. Amongst other life achievements. Saved a guy from jumping off a bridge, adopted a cat from a shelter (she’s living her best life now).
Sally : In 2017, at 20, I was a candidate for the legislative elections. I’ve also been part of the french team at the 2015 Gymnaestrada in Helsinki, an international gymnastics gala which is the second largest sport event in the world after the OG, and that was pretty amazing !
Teach, Learn, Share
Vic : The best way to learn anything is to pay really close attention with no judgement. Things self-correct in time, with the right attitude, I think.
I find the most important thing with both mental health and philosophy is to be mindful of one’s own self-talk and bullshitting. Mistaking other people’s ideas for your own is a massive trap.

What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m a OK cook but I could also sing a song…
