I'm a 20 year old, newly graduated student from Denmark. I'm traveling around Australia with my best friend. In Denmark i worked at cafés and at a nursing home. I love experiencing culture, new music, countries and citizens from which country i'm visiting. I'm a former kayak rower, but never had the time to try and aim for the elite teams, though i was close.
I'm very social and love to meet new people and hopefully gain experiences through that.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cause it's a fun, special and cheap way to travel around. It's creates possibilities for people like me, who doesn't have a ton of money, to travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

With movies i have a very wide spectrum of genres that i like.
With music i also like very different genres. Everything from soul and r&b to the worst pop on the market.
I'm not the biggest bookworm but i have had a lot of joy reading Haruki Murakami's 'Norwegian wood', and Paul Ekman's books about feelings and understanding facial expressions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Worked as a volunteer with refugee kids for two years. It was hard seeing all these horrible stories, but wonderful experiencing the kids' growth and how they learned to cope with their trauma.
