My name is Victor, I am from Brazil and I am 21 years old. I am currently doing an internship in Lille, north of France, and I will stay here until July 2017! During my stay in Europe, I would really like to travel around, get to know some cool places and meet new people! My first couchsurfing experiences were really amazing and I have noticed that when you meet a local your journey just gets hundreds of times better! Traveling has always been one of the things I've like the most, but I have realized that meeting new people is so much important than taking pictures in different places! Looking forward to explore the cultures around this big world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After my first experiences as a surfer, I have realized that CouchSurfing helps making the journey more interesting. As a student, I realize that are many people looking for a free place to stay and I find that completely understandable. However, I have had the chance to meet some hosts that made me realize that website and the idea is much more an exchange, that I think it is really worth taking!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Exploring the richness of the Parque Estadual Turístico do Alto Ribeira (PETAR) in the southern part of the State of São Paulo. Actually, I am lucky that my parents were born in the region, so I often go there (lucky, I would say). I miss words to describe the environment.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have had some experience as an English teacher in Brazil. Nowadays I am developing my French, as I am also a civil engineering student. I am improving my skills as a cooker, since it is the first time that I am living by myself. I like to say that I am a very curious person. I am open to share my thoughts with anybody and to listen to others opinion as well. I truly believe that we can change our lives by exchanging ideas, gestures, feelings... well, the list can reach far away.
