There are many things I could teach and I'd be glad to learn, but there is one that comes straight to my mind: Ultimate Frisbee. Some people got bored of throwing discs on the beach, so they invented a sport around it (Ultimate), created a federation (WFDF) and are now organizing world championships every year (which you can watch live on YouTube!).
