I'm from the UK and am living in Vancouver. I was lucky enough to get my Permanent Residency last summer so now I can stay in this beautiful country.

I'd love to meet some locals who could show me around! I've always found the most precious thing about travelling to be the connections you make with the people you meet along the way.

I've used CS before (as a host and a guest!) and had so many positive experiences. (I had to set up a new account as had problems accessing my old one).

Big fan of the horror genre for both books and movies! Misery by Stephen King is one of the creepiest books I've read, also love The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde. Love the twisty psychological horror movies the best,.

Folk and country music are my jam (top folk band = Mumford and Sons; top country artist = Garth Brooks)! Although I'm not ruling out other genres! Love going to live shows and have been to all kinds from country to 70s rock to metal... love the performance side and seeing the songs come to life on stage!

Doing a night climb of Mount Fuji and watching the sun rise when I reached the summit. It was magical.

Wreck Diving in Egypt to see the SS Thistlegorm and seeing a pod of about 15 Dolphins. They swam past and then turned around and were swimming all around us. Pure joy!

Going to the Calgary Stampede... twice! It was my number one bucket list item to do this and it did not disappoint!
