Overview
About Me
Hello!! My name is Victoria, I am from a small town in rural Alabama, first generation American (my parents are both from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico). I moved to California for university. I just graduated from Stanford in mid-June 2017, traveled for a few months after and am now living in Rio doing research.
I love engaging in conversations with people from all over. I also have a love of learning, whether it be ideas or skills, that pushes me to get involved in whatever, even if it is outside of my comfort zone. Overall, I'm pretty easygoing and could be independent or take advantage of my host's hospitality. I would like who I host to be the same.
Things I like to do: play soccer, read, 420, drink, urban hiking, normal hiking, and Live music is also nice.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The type of people you meet traveling who welcome others into their home based on a mutual interest in learning about others and trusting them is a beautiful idea to me. It's also a great way to get to know a city from someone who lives there.
