One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I participated in a Yoga and Culture retreat in Sri Lanka where I learned deep tissue massage, partner, contact and acro- yoga. Following, I cohosted a workshop at a women’s development center, teaching girls self empowerment through yoga, breath-work, improv exercises, and various other expressive techniques.
