About Me

❗️I am not in Münster right now, as I am traveling ✨

Hey :)

My name is Victoria and I am a student. I am curious, friendly, open-minded and very excited to meet new people. I'd also say, that I am quite talkative and outgoing.

Since I live in a small dorm room (less than 8m^2), where hosting is not allowed, I cannot host anyone at the moment, coz otherwise I‘d literally be homeless. But I am always happy to show you around, so hit me up ✨

I lived in Denmark for half a year (August 2019 to March 2020), where I have been volunteering at an efterskole (a boarding school, that focuses on non-formal education) through the European Solidarity Corps Programme (EU youth exchange programme).
I was an exchange student in the U.S. for 10 months (August 2016 to June 2017), as I have taken part in CBYX (Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange).
Furthermore, I worked as an Acitivity Leader (camp counselor) at language schools in Great Britain in 2018 and 2019. I really enjoyed that, as I got to know amazing people from all over the world and had great fun :)
Additionally, I participated in several Erasmus+ projects (exchange projects with young people from EU and its partner countries), which were quite amazing. I truely love Erasmus+ as I met so many lovely people through that program 💕
Also, I did two internships abroad - in Muscat (Oman) and Taichung (Taiwan).

I love the sea 🌊, mountains ⛰️, dogs 🦮 and cats 🐈

*My philosophy*
Life is short. Be kind.
I consider myself a “student of life” (actually to my mind, everyone is a student of life), to me that means meeting new people, making different experiences and from time to time just taking the time to reflect on all that has happened. I like deep talk, but also enjoy simple and fun topics - a great mix is just always the best :)

✝️ Religion: I am a Christian and my religion is fairly important to me. I do go to church regularly - though not every Sunday. I am definitely not a fundamentalist (I would say, that I am moderately religious and fairly open-minded when it comes to other religions).

💉 coCo (concerning Corona): I am fully vaccinated and boostered (4/4) plus recovered from Covid in August 2022 🫁

🚭 I do not smoke, no shisha either (and ever since my covid infection I am very sensitive to smoke)

🙅🍷🍺🚫 I do not drink alcohol, as I don't like the effect it has on me and even small amounts give me really bad headaches, so there is no point in drinking for me 😅

No other drugs for me either, except caffeine ☕️🙈

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Missing my connecting flight in Istanbul, I know that doesn't sound too fun at first, but it led to me full-time traveling for 2 months, which was a (for the most part) great experience...

What I Can Share with Hosts

Conversations about random things and I am always happy to bring some food and make some strong coffee :)
I could also cook spagetti(ni) with gorgonzola sauce - my roomies and my family absolutely love that dish 🍽️
and last but not least I can bring the card game Cabo, it is very fun and quite "addictive" 🙃
