About Me
Hey! I'm Victoria, I go by Vic. I'm from Patagonia, Argentina and it has been my forever dream to travel through Europe. I love meeting people and getting to know different cultures, food, art and everything a new place has to offer. I really enjoy hiking and nature, but I'd also love to visit every city I can. I also like cooking, movies, singing and playing guitar. Just started learning skateboarding! Hoping to get a board for myself and stop by some skate parks over Europe to continue learning.
I grew up in Bariloche, a beautiful place in Patagonia. I later studied Filmmaking in Buenos Aires and I'm currently a freelance video editor.
Two years ago I traveled to Perú for a few weeks and I discovered that traveling is my number one wish in life, I've been longing to make this trip ever since.
Currently traveling with my boyfriend (:
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I will be traveling around Europe from April through August, maybe a while more. I love meeting people and would enjoy having a local reference in every place I visit, that's why I think Couchsurfing is my best choice.
The best experience about my trip to Perú was getting to know people from all around the world, listen to their stories and tell them my own. I think exchanging stories with travelers is a bit like traveling to where they're from, getting a glimpse of what's life like there.
I don't really have an itinerary, I plan on visiting places I get recommended.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoy all kinds of music, I listen to argentinian or south american artists as well as bands from the U.S. and U.K., like The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Foo Fighters. Also a bit of classical music.
I love reading fantasy, books about cinema and Latin American literature.
Movies are my passion! I also love tv shows like Breaking Bad. Also a Ghibli and anime rookie.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just finished editing my first movie! A documentary about a very special Foundation in Bariloche where people from all economical situations work together in a wonderful environment.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to exchange stories and things about the daily life from each culture. Tasting every new type of food I can and also sharing my own argentinian dishes with anyone who wants to! I'm open to share hikes, tours or meals!
