About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To see as much of the world as possible! Next stop: Japan-Australia-Canada

ABOUT ME

My friends would say I'm the german girl who sounds nothing like she's German. The girl who always throws dinnerparties and loves to cook. My friends would say I listen to Berlin House and love to hang out with them over a glass of wine. The girl who travels to a new place whenever she can (usually alone, for a month, with a 7-10kg backpack or suitcase) and speaks too many languages. Is that a bad thing? ;-)
They would also say I'm a bit crazy and a woman of my word. I don't talk a lot about stuff, I just do it. Like moving to London. Or flying.Or starting a business.

PHILOSOPHY

Give everything a try. Say yes. Take the stairs. Be curious. Read books. See the world. Learn new languages. Taste weird things. Never save on quality food. Do what you love. Smile - to yourself, to other people and about life. And lastly, always know, when your next holiday is going to be, because there's nothing like anticipation. :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to see the world, but am on a student budget...and I feel like the website is made for people who love to do what I do: meet interesting people from all over the world, hear their stories, and be a great host when I have people over. And after all, it's the experiences you have that make you who you are - I'm ready for new things to come! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some french guys on the way to my flat in August 2012, saw they were backpackers, and I spontaneously decided to invite them to stay at mine for their time in St Andrews. I had a great time and they showed me this website - so here I am, open to many more adventures and people to welcome in my place!

Interests

Going out and exploring the world, with friends or by myself, cooking and trying new foods, meeting new people, flying, playing guitar, swimming, tennis, berlin house, reading, enjoying the sun, graphic design.
