About Me

ABOUT ME

well, I'm a scottish-italian student in animation, I would like to make films, cartoons. I love travelling with friends or alone wherever there's something to discover! my home in Turin is now a tightly packed students' flat, where between the cooking and chatting, we manage to work and enjoy ourselves. Anyone welcome for a coffee!

PHILOSOPHY

curiosity, human warmth and good will. never to harm unless for earthly survival. lend a hand if one can. never stop learning, always ready to be surprised.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would be very happy to take couchsurfers round my city according to their interests! or a chat and coffee, whatever! my availability just depends on how busy life gets

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have just had my first experience, 7 nights in Iasi (Romania), it was great!!
fabulous welcome, fascinating city, very friendly and interesting people!

Interests

Films (many many very different films: from Million dollar baby to Porco Rosso, including indipendent films by turkish, french and italian directors..), music, dancing, swimming, walking for miles and miles without knowing the destination... Reading, writing randomly, but most of all, being with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Rock'n' roll music was my starting point, but I'm open to all kinds of music, from any time and any place, as long as it has either rhythm, or emotion, or subtle allure.

Among my favourite recent books is Life of Pi, but Shantaram has been a good read too and allthough I'm fond of Dickens and british literature in general, a very good italian book for me is Hanno tutti ragione, by Sorrentino.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Africa on lake turkana and camped out on the rock desert with a rendille man and an anthropologist. we drank the lake water and bathed with a crocodile!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am quite skilled at drawing and I'm sort of mother tongue english, so I can share that!
I would really like to learn french, german, or any new language...and I would also like to go dancing more, I'm not much skilled at that..oh! a musical instrument, singing, I would like to do more of that!
