About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To share this wonderful city with others :)
ABOUT ME
Currently, I work as a case manager for children with developmental delays and disabilities. I specialize in working with families from other cultures. I love learning about this big world of ours from learning about others' experiences. I am working on doing more traveling and seeing more of the world in first person.
One of my best friends tells me that I am her pick with whom to be stranded on a deserted island. She knows she will eat well and we will only be on the island until I can find what I need to fashion a suitable vessel :)
I'm a pretty compassionate person and a loyal friend.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Right now, just looking to host until I am ready to travel myself.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm new to CS. Thought it might be a great way to meet new people while my son is away at college.
Interests
I enjoy biking. My newest interest though is SUPping. I have the equipment to do both and soon hope to be ready to navigate the wakey waters of the Three Rivers.
I love to cook and bake. My coworkers love when I am trying new recipes as they are often my guinea pigs.
I also love a good glass of wine, but I do not like to drink alone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once Sky Coasted over the Royal Gorge in CO. That took ALOT of courage.
I gave birth to the most wonderful son.
I completed 'The World's Most Beautiful Bike Ride' at Lake Tahoe. It was the hardest and most amazing thing I have ever done.
I went to college as an adult student. Even though I was 15 years older than most of my peers, I still wanted the whole college experience, and got involved with clubs and even studied abroad in Italy (my first international trip and second time on a plane)
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn about where you are from, and if Spanish is your first language, please use it-I would love the practice.
Have you wanted to learn to paddleboard? Let's do it!
There is so much to see here in Pittsburgh, and I would love to share it with you!
What I Can Share with Hosts
If you are here over the summer, I have an extra bike if you want to hit the trails.
I have a washer and dryer.
Wanna just chill a bit? Let's get the firepit going.
If my schedule allows, I'd be happpy to give you a ride downtown, or if time is tight, a ride to a nearby bus stop.
