We can only be awake to the miracle of life when we are fully in the present moment. Happiness does not exist in the past or future. Happiness is only available in the present moment.

I enjoy laying in grass, farming, taking photographs, advocating, reading, meditating, listening, womens rights, human rights, animal rights.
